The Wandering Earth is a Chinese Sci-Fi movie directed Frant Gwo. The story happens in the future world. Scientists have found that the sun is rapidly aging and expanding, and the entire solar system, including the Earth, will be swallowed up by the sun in a short time. In order to save ourselves, mankind has put forward a bold plan called “The Wandering Earth”. In this title sequence project, I focused on one of the central ideas of this movie-“Chinese people save the earth”. By using Chinese elements like Chinese characters and compass as important visual elements, the whole transition is going to show them becoming a huge hand that able to push the whole earth moving forward.
